About 5 hours after eating here I started get really violent tremors and nausea, by hour 7 I was throwing up like clockwork. Unable to keep water, let alone food, for the night. Ate with a group of friends but i was the only one to get sick. The ingredients I got that no one else did were Lettuce and Sour Cream. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
