I finally had a day off where I could use my free entre. I was fine after I ate the bowl and was actually excited by how good it was. The next morning I was about to go for a run when I felt nauseated, got extremely hot, and a bad headache. The rest of the day I was dealing with all those symptoms. Did not feel better till the next morning | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other, Headache
