I had Chipotle last Friday with a two other coworkers. Only two of us got sick. The one that did not get sick did not have lettuce or hot salsa, which are what two of us had that got sick. I spent most of Saturday in the ER and still barely have an appetite. I had no idea this website existed or I would have reported it sooner! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
