Ate a burrito with chips, salsa, and queso for dinner at 830pm. Began feeling stomach discomfort, including gas and nausea, along with a feeling of being generally unwell, about 2-3 hours later. Approx. 8 hours later, at 430am, awoke with nausea and began projectile vomiting. Developed fever, chills, body aches, and persistent diarrhea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Body Ache, Gas
