Oct 6, 2025: Ate 1/3 Chipotle Chicken Bowl at 6:00 pm. Started getting headache at around 10pm followed by nausea. This soon lead to profuse chills, sweating, dizziness and intense vomiting. Was up all night running to bathroom to vomit about 4 times. No sleep. In the morning still the same symptoms. Ate oatmeal and vomited 5 more times mostly dry heaves and bile. I managed to have a slice of toast in the evening. I lost five pounds as a result. Oct 8 symptoms went away. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Headache, Dizziness, Chills, Sweating, Bile
