I ate steak tacos Wednesday night. I felt completely fine when I went to bed. I woke around 4 am with extreme vomiting and diarrhea, also had severe head ache and back aches. I am still very nauseous at 9:35 pm the next day | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
