Onset of symptoms happened about 9 hours following eating a salad bowl. Vomiting every hour or so, can’t keep any water or food down. Accompanied by stomach cramps and a slight headache. Believed to be the lettuce for the salad bowls as my family got bowls as well and only feel slightly nauseous. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Cramps, Headache
