Lettuce Suspected in Illness - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Keizer Oregon

Wife and i had the same thing (chicken bowl with lettuce). Others in our group did not have lettuce. Wife and i got sick at the same time about 4 hours later. 3 days now of nausea, trouble sleeping, GI distention, fever etc. Only wife and I, others in our group are fine. Very suspicious of the lettuce. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Fever
