My husband ate lunch at chipotle in Plymouth Minnesota On Mon. June 4th, 11:30am. He had a Chicken Bowl with lettuce. By 1pm he had severe stomach pains and by 3pm was vomiting and diarrhea. He is now going on 24 hours of illness and not being able to hold down an ice cube. He had NOTHING other then A chicken bowl all day. We called the Plymouth store to inform them and the manager was NOT concerned at all. Did not ask for his name or any information. She said she would give him a free entree! NO THANKS. We called Corporate and waiting to hear back. We also heard from an inside source that the Plymouth store had FAILED a health check that morning! HOW can they continue to be open to serve the public?!! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
