I am a regular at Chipotle (Spartanburg), eating there 3-4 times per week for the last 4 years. I get the same thing every time but on Thursday night (Jan 25 2018) the food tasted different. I started vomiting aggressively about 12 hours later and have spent the last 24 hours attached to my toilet or sleeping right next to it. I believe that the food poisoning may have come from the lettuce. This restaurant has gone down hill over the past 6 months with their staff as well as food quality and lack of cleanliness. I will never eat there again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
