Had steak tacos on thursday 5/5/16...ate 2 threw 1 away because it tasted funny....woke up Friday 5/6/16 with extreme stomach pain and have been in the hospital ever since....should be going home today hopefully 5/9/16 | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
