Bought a steak burrito at 9:30pm 4/11/2021 that had multiple toppings, came back home and ate it. Woke up at 3:30 am with horrible stomach pains and burning sensation, stayed up until 10 am unable to sleep tossing an turning, three of just pico and salsa out of whole burrito twice, went to the bathroom to pass bowel 9 times. Not until 2:20 pm 4/12/2021 did stop feeling the burning sensation. Now have heavy feeling in stomach. Dehydrated, severe abdominal pain, bloated severely, Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Other, Dehydration, Bloating
