Had the brown rice, chicken and grilled peppers about 3 weeks ago and the next day I became nauseous followed by diarrhea and vomiting. 3 weeks later, I had it again but this time I had the white rice and chicken and now I am experiencing the same symptoms. Not sure if it is food poisoning or if I am allergic to something that they use in their food. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
