I felt fine yesterday, just really hungry, until I ate at Chipotle. After eating there I feel extremely full and kind of yucky so I thought I had just eaten too much. After about an hour and a half, I started to feel more and more yucky like I needed to go to the restroom or something. I came home and had diarrhea and still feel pretty yucky. So I laid down on the couch and fell asleep around 10:30 PM. Around 1:30 am, I woke up and felt really bad and went to the restroom some more. Suddenly I felt more and more nauseous and vomited out what seemed like was my entire meal. That made my stomach feel much better and I was able to go back to sleep for the rest of the night. This morning my body feels kind of weak, I still have diarrhea, and I feel like if I really wanted to I could vomit more. I'm never going to chipotle again! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
