Vomiting diarrhea after meal take put I am the only one. Both had same dish but I had the tomato salsa on mine.  Are at 7. Felt good. Bed at nine and became sl nauseous then finally sleep 11 off and on feeling need to vomit. Woke up early morning throwing up dinner not digested. Once up no more nauseous but severe diarrhea that has stopped now at 11am. I am keeping ginger ale and water. Very tired.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
