Went to chipotle after school with my girlfriend and ordered a carnitas burrito. Boy do I regret it. I woke up at 1:30 in the morning with terrible stomach cramps. Next I went to the bathroom were I procedded to have diarrhea. After of hours of this around 3:30 am I began to puke my guts out until there was nothing left in my stomach. It's now 6 am on a school day and looks like I'm gonna miss school because something wasn't cooked properly. Very upset and still suffering from stomach cramps, diarrhea, vomiting, and nausea. Never eating at chipotle again, very untrustworthy place to eat at. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps
