Monday night I ate a chicken bowl with sour cream, cheese, corn, lettuce, and red salsa. Tuesday afternoon I began not feeling well. By Tuesday night I was dizzy, vomiting, I had chills and a fever of 103.

White rice, pinto beans, carnitas, hot salsa, corn salsa, sour crm, cheese. An hour or so later, i started getting chills and dizziness. Then all evening and early morning, ive been in and out of the bathroom. Only meal i ate yesterday and i havent eaten since.
