I had a salad bowl (with beef) at 1:00 PM on 12/28. By 4:00 I started vomiting and it continued until this morning. I had to leave work early today (Friday) going to the doctor. I would like to add that this is the second time in two months I experienced this from the particular restaurant. This is not a stomach bug. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
