First meal of the day. Ordered a burrito with guacamole and chips. Started vomiting 2-3 hours after consuming meal . Terrible stomach pains followed after this and are still currently happening. Non stop trips to the bathroom. 20 hours later diarrhea has started. Hadnt eaten anything 12 hours prior to the meal and nothing after symptoms started. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
