Last night 2/2/2026 Chipotle burrito bowl (pork) Carnitas bowl with rice, black beans, all 3 salsas, pork, vegetables, sour cream & guac. Ate a Carnitas bowl early afternoon - delicious. Several hours later, stomach pain, and lot's of vomiting. I had nothing else to eat all day, except this burrito bowl. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
