Hâd a chicken burrito bowl at 7 pm on 3/28/18 and started vomiting at 130 am and having diarrhea until I went to the hospital at around 7 am for IV fluids due to severe dehydration. It is now 4 days later and I am still unable to eat anything without having diarrhea. Still feel weak and nauseous. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Weakness
