I had a barbacoa bowl for lunch yesterday and have been violently ill since about 10pm onward. Couldn’t eat anything else after that

Chicken Burrito Bowl Illness

Hâd a chicken burrito bowl at 7 pm on 3/28/18 and started vomiting at 130 am and having diarrhea until I went to the hospital at around 7 am for IV fluids due to severe dehydration. It is now 4 days later and I am still unable to eat anything without having diarrhea. Still feel weak and nauseous.

Burrito Bowl Illness Strikes

On 9/19/17 I ordered a burrito bowl with brown rice, black beans, steak, sour cream, cheese, and queso. I didn't feel very well after wards and thdnvaeound one am I became violently ill with diarrhea and vomiting.
