Food Safety Report: Chipotle.

Ate chicken salad with sour cream and guac at 8pm, was sick by 1am and threw up for 7 hours straight. I think it was the sour cream because my wife had the same thing w/out sour cream, and she didn't get sick | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
