After a long day at a track meet, we got our dinner at Chipotle. I got burrito with guacamole and steak. Immediately after eating it, I could feed rising pain in my stomach, resulted in diarrhea and after 6 hours some vomitting. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
