Guac Chips Trigger Illness - Chipotle, South Bend Indiana

My family and I went for dinner there, and not being a huge fan myself, I only had chips and guacamole. I was the only one who ate it, and of course, the only one who became ill. Within an hour and a half after eating, I started feeling nauseated, with stomach pains. Within ten minutes of that, I had severe diarrhea with profuse vommitting, and the stomach cramps are extremely painful.
