Milkshake Illness Symptoms Emerge - McDonald's, Waynesville North Carolina

10 months ago reported by user-rfdt4479 business

Chocolate milkshake, McDonald's, Russ Avenue, Waynesville, NC, USA

825 Russ Avenue, Waynesville, 28786 North Carolina, United States

Had a chocolate milkshake at around 12pm. By the time I got home, 20 minutes later, I was feeling light headed with cramps. I had diarrhea instantly. I tried to eat lunch, not mcdonalds, and then sipped some ginger ale. I then threw up. Oddly I only threw up chocolate milkshake. All of my lunch, consumed after the shake, stayed down. I have had diarrhea 3 more times and puked one more time afterward. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
