High Priority - From initial inspection : High Priority - Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. Observed approximately 102 rodent droppings in establishment: 39 under mop sink just off food storage area, 18 under triple sink in food storage area, 14 down small hallway in food storage and 31 around walls in food storage under food shelves. Operator instructed employees to clean. - From follow-up inspection 2021-08-18: 46 rodent droppings observed in food storage area of kitchen and under mop sink. - From follow-up inspection 2021-08-18: 11 rodent droppings observed behind chest freezer in food storage area.
