Salmon bowl around 1pm, began feeling nauseous around 4pm and vomited liquid. Intense stomach pain for the next few hours, continued vomiting and diarrhea. Towards 6pm began to feel numbness in fingers and legs. At 8pm experienced seizure like muscle cramping in full body. Called paramedics and went to ER.
