I just ate a 3 piece tender & fries from Church's Chicken located on Marbach & 1604 in San Antonio, Texas. 30 min - 1 hour after eating I became very nauseous and dizzy. When I made it home, I vomited everything I ate. I know it was the Church's Chicken because it was the only meal I had today. I am currently in my bed with chills, stomach cramping pain, sweating & fever of 102. I feel horrible! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Fever, Sweating
