Chuys on 183. I ordered a chuychanga tomatillo sauce and sour cream with rice and retried beans, and tres leches. I ate around 9pm. At 4am I woke up and ran to the bathroom and vomited several times. This continued for 6 hours. I also had severe headache fever. chills, followed by sweating. Missed work next day. Have had night sweating for 3 more days and little or no appetite and have lost 5 pounds. Also Soreness in the abdomen and chest pain. I am still very tired and feel lousy and still dehydrated and little appetite | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dehydration, Headache, Chills, Sweating, Chest Pain, Soreness, Loss of Appetite
