Got a cheese burger and fries at lunch and a fountain drink. Threw away drink because it tasted like dirty mop water or dirty dish water. A few hours later had to stop working and take a break. Only after a few hours after lunch I projectile vomited. I thought that was it until till it continued throughout the night of vomiting up water or any kind of liquid I’d drink would come back up. Also symptoms of diarrhea, aching muscles, couldn’t sleep, cramps and extreme abdominal pain. That all occurred on Monday and now it is Sunday and still have stomach pain, diarrhea, aching muscles and very low energy. I’m very upset because I have to go to work to support my family but I am very sick, tired and miserable. I’d hate to call out a small family business but I don’t want anyone to go through this pain. I am pretty sure it was the fountain drinks, for they have tasted weird in the past but never like this. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain, Muscle Pain
