Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
Suspected source: poorly maintained vegetarian soup and/or rice noodles and/or spring rolls
Onset: Less than 4 hours
Duration: Several days
Additional information: i can name the restaurant if necessary. I ordered it for pickup on early sunday evening. i physically walked there to collect the order. the kitchen was running a bit behind so i waited for a little more than five minutes to collect the order. i then walked to a friend's house nearby and we ate almost immediately (i was hungry- no food all day), around 6. by 10 pm i had begun to vomit, and proceeded to have violent vomiting fits throughout the evening. i ate the vegetarian soup and the spring rolls, my friends had the noodle salad and the other soup. no one else got ill, so i imagine the vegetarian soup had been somewhat neglected. though my situation is improving, i'm still dealing with diarrhea on a fairly regular cadence (every 30 to 60 mins) | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
