Food Safety Report: City Oven.

Ate a bowl of pasta fagioli soup with pizza around 3pm. I was hungry and feeling fine, and this was the only thing that I'd eaten. A few hours later I had a fever and started to feel nauseated. I was camped out on the bathroom floor after 3am and really feel that it was the soup that caused food poisoning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
