- comments: 5-501. 17 observed no covered receptacle inside of the girls/employees toilet room. Instructed to provide.
54. Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
- comments: 5-501. 15 observed outside garbage dumpster ground area not maintained with excessive accumulated garbage on the ground and wooden shelves being stored next to the outside garbage dumpster, observed lids not tightly closed on all outside garbage dumpsters. Instructed to clean excessive garbage from the ground area, remove wooden shelves and keep garbage dumpster lids closed at all times. Priority foundation 7-38-020(b).
