Sulfur Smell, Nausea From Milk - Fairlife, Cleveland Ohio

2 years ago reported by user-mwmr5753

Purchased the same batch 26-207 Fairlife Skim in December. I noticed a strange sulfur smell from the four containers I purchased. I called Fairlife consumer affairs and they opened a case on the product. I received a letter and a coupon in return; however, when I made my initial call in December and a coupon was offered I indicated that I was calling to report a problem with the just-opened milk. During that call, the customer service rep said the unusual smell was normal and I simply needed to let the product air out. I questioned that response and asked them to please consider conducting an investigation as I believed this to be part of a bigger problem (i opened all four containers I purchased at two different stores and all had that same smell). She assured me the milk was safe to drink and the smell was normal. It is apparent after becoming ill from ingesting the product that she assured me was safe to drink that the product was, indeed unsafe. | Symptoms: Nausea
