Purchased a meal deal which included a Ham and cheese roll. Within two hours of eating eat I had severe nausea. This lasted for two days where I then had diarrhea, its now 8 days later and I still have diarrhea. The doctor today has confirmed its probably a bacterial infection from something I ate (that was the only food I had that day) and I'm now awaiting the test results to identify the bacteria so I can be prescribed the correct anti bionics. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
