Filtered Water Concerns: Diarrhea - Coco's, Puerto Vallarta Jalisco

This is my second time eating there because the food seemed to be good. I think the problem is the "Fresh Juice" is watered down with their "Filtered Water". The water here is not potable although they claim that the water treatment system is better here than in other Mexican cities (www.vistalegrerentals.com/drinking-water-in-puerto-vallarta.htm). I have not confirmed if this data is true. I just know we have been here for 5 days and everyday we have had diarrhea. There are 7 of us eating at different places and being careful with water use.
