Food Safety Report - Coleman Park, Sulphur Springs Texas

5 years ago reported by user-ngfr4321 business

Coleman Park, Sulphur Springs, Texas, USA

Sulphur Springs, 75482 Texas, United States

We were at a ballgame on 6/29-6/30 and ate at the concession stand. My husband and I shared the brisket nachos, my older son had taco nachos and my youngest had the chicken quesadillas. My middle child did not eat there and was not sick. We did not show symptoms until Monday. My oldest and youngest ended up being hospitalized both with severe dehydration and the youngest with pancreatitis. The hospital sent a stool culture off and it came back positive for salmonella. My husband and I had symptoms as well, but fortunately were never hospitalized. We incurred vomiting, diarrhea, muscle aches, nausea and sweats for 5 days. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Sweating
