Bought a single Ruiz El Monterey Egg and Cheese Sausage Breakfast Burrito from the Community Market in Oak Harbor, Ohio. Felt sick maybe 4 hrs of consuming. Food poisoning has lasted the rest of the day and all night. The burrito was all I ate yesterday so I can confirm without doubt, it was the burrito.
