They are open today. Anyone know how/why?

Hi, thanks for your comment. This restaurant had its last inspection on February 23rd and did not have any critical violations, unlike the inspection on February 20th, so they are open for business. The only violation they had was: "Dishwashing and ware washing: Cleaning and sanitizing of tableware, including dishes, utensils, and equipment deficient."
