Been dropping dumps all day. Ate here yesterday, sweating nonstop and a fever. It gave me severe food posioning. Should of spent the extra cash and just went to Five Guys

Even had dreams all of last nite of barfing my guts out(mind you) which I feel like doing right now. I'm even bleeding from wiping so much. Can't stop💩 'ing. Please help!
