Taco, Shake Trigger Illness - Cook Out, Durham North Carolina

My husband ate the walking taco followed by a milk shake and within 2 hours promptly began incredible stomach cramping with what felt like knives inside his stomach followed by vomiting. He has been unable to keep water down and can’t sleep for the pain waking him to go vomit. I will be calling the health department as well as the manager tomorrow to report it. I will be taking him to the doctor tomorrow if he seems to be dehydrated in the morning.Hopefully it will prevent this from happening to anyone else. Thank goodness he is pretty healthy otherwise. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
