I got a meal from Cook Unity and the salsa was actively bubbling when I opened the container. The meal was Quinoa and Veggie Enchiladas. I unfortunately tasted it before I noticed that it was bubbling. Salsa should NOT be visibly bubbling. Wish I had taken a video. I am not sick yet, just very concerned for other peoples safety..
