Eating cheese (raw and melted) caused me to have diarrhea the first day. Not knowing where my discomfort was coming from, I consumed it again the next day and this time I had much more severe diarrhea and very painful cramps. My husband and daughter were not ill. I suspect poisoning either from poorly preserved truffles or from fake truffles (the cheese had no truffle flavor), being generally more sensitive than the rest of my family. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
