Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps
Suspected source: Egg and cheese ham omelette
Onset: Less than 4 hours
Duration: Several days
Sick: 2 people
Additional information: Ordered ham and cheese omelette with potatoes. Food didn’t sit right right away. Went outside for a bit after getting hot flashes. Potatoes were honestly way underdone and my food wasn’t warm. I puked for 2 days… the third day I’m still nauseous but not puking Third day diarrhea | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps
