Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Headache

Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: 12 to 24 hours
Additional information: Not sure what i ate that caused it at the buffet. Started with a mild cramp and one bathroom stop that was diarrhea yesterday morning. Felt ok during day, just some mild cramping but around 2:00am. i threw up and severe diarrhea set in for the next 3 hours. Im officially empty and trying some electrolytes. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Headache, Vomiting
