I ate kale/Romaine lettuce (some pieces I picked out were brown/rotten). I had cucumber basil dressing. Something in the salad tasted unusually grainy, like dirt or char etc The floor in the entire eatery/dining room was filthy. (We've been many times before to the various locations and never had a negative reaction immediately after like this time. We've been to this location several times over the past few months and each time the cleanliness of the facility (bathrooms, windows, doors, floors) is DE generatively worse sticky floors visible dirt crumbles all over & thick black residue (all along inner & outer edging of walls & door trim), finger prints/smudges on front doors, dirt & food all over from the front entrance throughout the dining room...That alone makes me question food safety... The picture of the food was from today. The pictures of the establishment were from our previous visit a few weeks ago--it was already filthy then and was only worse today so it appears they either don't clean very often/at all or they do a very superficial job... | Symptoms: Diarrhea
