Had 3 soft tacos and then I started feeling nauseous and an upset stomach. Next morning I was vomiting and had severe stomach pains. Vomiting stopped but still have been stuck on the toilet.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
