For lunch on Tuesday, ordered the Super Nachos with chicken, sour cream, tomatoes, and salsa. I've ordered the item multiple times in the past and had no issue. This time I started feeling dizzy and nauseous about 8 hours later. The next day I had headaches, diarrhea , fever, intestinal pain. Symptoms didn't resolve until Friday. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Headache, Dizziness, Body Ache
