Chop Steak Illness Strikes - Cornerstone, Asheville North Carolina

Last Sunday at 11 AM ordered chop steak and withing 15-20 minutes started having diarrhea and over the next few hours got worse to the point where I couldn't control it and was going on myself and had to take a shower. Also was very nauseated that Sunday and was vomiting up the chop steak I had just ate. I had to call out of work the following Monday and Tuesday because I had diarreahed so much that I was very weak and could barely lift my arms let alone a finger. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills, Weakness
